This location was particularly good, near to many restaurants near by, Lufkin and park. The staff was really helpful in all services. The booked room was cool and good with double beds.

Big hype, little substance
Although the room appeared recently remodeled with some bright colors, it fell short in comfort and cleanliness. The mattress was lumpy, and there was a lingering musty smell. Housekeeping seemed to do the bare minimum, leaving cobwebs and a dirty microwave. Certainly not worth the hype it promises!

I don't think this hotel should even have gotten
A one. The experience was terrible. There were roaches everywhere in the room, and the staff did not seem to care at all about it. This was disappointing after a long day on the road, and it ruined my night.

Confusing location!!! An overwhelming noise issue from staff in the morning!!! The standing shower needs better water pressure for an enjoyable experience!!! More attention to detail in cleanliness is a must!!!

We loved how clean and colorful the rooms were. The fridge and microwave made it convenient to store snacks for the kids. Plus, the new bathroom was a pleasant surprise for my mother and the kids!
My kids wished there were more pillows available in the room.
